Todd is a strange creature, an amalgamation of machine and feline; combined into a crude and erratic being of curiosity and mayhem. He speaks in a metallic, yet whimsical series of samples to create speech and has an affinity for most anything that can create a tune.

Mentally, he used to be pretty normal. He had an ordinary job, lived in an ordinary apartment, and had ordinary activities to keep him occupied. One day, however, he wound up locked in a padded cell, his arm missing, and half of his head fried and pounding with an incredible headache. He had been near ground zero of a nuclear powerplant meltdown, an explosion demolishing the where office he worked. He was found with a collection of survivors and was given a special offer to participate in experimental augmentations with the guarantee of his life. Without much choice, he agreed.

Years of surgery, and several bits of electronics and metal stuck into his head, he slowly lost touch with reality, turning slowly into a manic machine bent on utter chaos that conflicted with his existing personality. Sure, he was equipped with an arm capable of incredible feats of strength, and a mind with the vast knowledge every computer network had to offer, but he was boiled down to a near child-like figgity loudmouth, unfit to return to the work he used to do.

Now he seems content to wander the streets, though mostly out of plain sight, making strange songs in his electronic mind, and constantly getting chased for shoplifting.
