Tali was not biologically created, and thus has no family, or any parents. She was created by the power of the Sun and Moon, both projecting their energies into a single form, And so, she is not organic. Some say Tali is the reincarnation of the two figures, and some say that she is nothing more than an abomination created by a dying star and a hunk of rock. She is ostracized because she is not biological or organic in any form, and so she is forced to be alone with very few friends or people who understand her situation.
When she was first created, she was carried to the Solar Monks by Aurora, her six-winged pheonix. If it weren't for Aurora, her life would have ended before it began.
Aurora has been with Tali her entire life, and rarely leaves her side.
When Tali turned 12, she was sent away from the Solar Monks so she could learn from the Lunar Monks across the world. She will be released from the Lunar Monks when she turns 24, free to roam the world at her own will.

[Tali is based off of the person who created her, who was bullied her entire school life so far, told off for her appearance and inability to communicate like others, as well as difficulty with her Anxiety Disorder and HFE. She is the alter ego of her creator, and grows and changes as she does.]
