Dorothy is the owner of the local joint whorehouse and strip club Innuendo. Her place specializes in the esoteric fetishes, and boasts that her employees are more safe than fast food workers- and it's true. Her standard issue collars come with a form of technology that restore the users to a default state at the touch of a button. She often spends her nights searching for homeless people to offer shelter and possiblly a job with her company.
