Backstory: Mojisola grew up in a middle-class family in Lagos, Nigeria. Her older sister Sunday got the power to control fire in an explosion in the mysterious lab that her father worked at (he still works there.) Mojisola was also in the lab, but was not as close to the explosion, so she only got a subset of her sister's powers (see below) - although she didn't realize she had them until several months later.
When her sister became the superhero Flamethrower, Mojisola became her sidekick Grenadine, although much of her job was to keep her sister under control.
Once her sister joined a top Nigerian superhero team, Mojisola started traveling the world and took a job for an international security agency, defusing bombs and land mines.

Personality: Mojisola is usually in a good mood, and when she's in a good mood, she smiles A LOT. She likes to make jokes to defuse tension. She's a very sweet person, which is one of the reasons she goes by the name Grenadine (the other is that she sometimes fights with grenades.)
Mojisola's sunny attitude is partly a mechanism to make people comfortable around her (especially in places where people might be wary of immigrants); she acknowledges this but resents any suggestion that this makes her personality less "real."
Her outfit is designed to resemble a pomegranate. She wears her pants and long-sleeved jacket no matter how hot it is outside.

Powers: Mojisola is completely immune to heat, fire, explosions, and anything caused by them. For example, she can walk into a burning building, have it collapse on her, and still be perfectly fine. (She is also invulnerable to bullets from firearms, because they are propelled by a small explosion of gunpowder.)
Because of her powers, she has been able to learn how to create and disassemble bombs (through some degree of trial and error), and she has become an expert at both.

Weaknesses: Mojisola does not have any resistance to cold (and is not used to it, having lived mostly in African countries); she is also not immune to projectiles launched without explosives, such as arrows from a crossbow.

Fighting style: Mojisola is rarely involved in fights with other people, partly because she's busy with her job and partly because most of her attacks can be fatal. She uses various types of bombs to blow up robots or buildings when necessary. In hand-to-hand combat, she relies on her raw strength.
