Charleston has a job as a radio talk show host. He tells jokes, plays music, reports the news, and interviews the occasional town celebrity. He's extremely friendly and kind, gladly helping people any way he can.

-His voice has a bit of radio distortion over it.
-His head works like a regular radio, the only difference is that he is able to pick up not only current signals, but any past song, play, news bit, or Interview played over radio waves.
-He's able to transmit his voice to other radios or speakers via his microphone.
-The microphone's wire is plugged into the base of his spine and can be unplugged.
-He's a man made creature, sort of like Frankenstein's monster.
-Most of his body is organic and he can bleed.
