Ozzie is Claus and Clyde's childhood friend. He's best friends with the two of them and transfers from Claus's to Clyde's school after a year due to financial issues. Generally cheery he shares Claus's brand of humor as well as a love of wordplay and puns. Hes working his way through college as best he can and because of this can only afford so many classes a semester as well as has a variety of jobs around town.

While he is one of Clyde's best friends Clyde is sometimes concerned about telling him what's going on with his life because he really doesn't want to bother him with it and which sometimes strains their relationship. Still he, Luca, and Clyde are very tight friends and hang out as much as possible. Ozzie lives off campus and bikes to school daily.
