Claude’s life was nothing but good. His parents were rich with good morals, but he still maintained himself. He didn’t let his wealth change him into a self absorbed brat. While growing up however, he found out that his father worked in the medical field, and it was up to Claude to carry on the Braxton name. Like he had much of a choice, since his father forced him too; Claude was sure to do this, for he was truly trained by the best-- his father. Claude’s father was a great mind like Syimon Yath and few others. As the years past, and Claude’s medical training ended, he soon realized that this wasn’t want he wanted to do for a profession. What he loved to do was carve into the flesh of cadavers. Claude is an artist. A twisted one, yes, but an artist none the less. -- but this artist didn’t want to be showcased, and he didn’t want to be seen by the public after what his father did. When Claude’s father caught his son carving tribal designs in a cadaver that was suppose to be prepped for a funeral, Claude’s father had to tell someone. And he turned to his wife; Claude’s mother. To Claude, his mother was THE most important thing in his life. He didn’t care about his past time, or his father. Or even himself. As long as his mother was happy and doing well, that was all Claude needed to move him forward in life. When his mother found out what he’s been doing to bodies, their relationship could never be the same again. Or at least, that’s what Claude and his father thought. Claude’s mother was supportive of her dear son, like a mother should be. Father, on the other hand, wouldn’t have this in his family. The Braxton name needed to be perfect, and perfection he shall have. Claude needed to be punished. And how could this be accomplished? Through the mother. Claude’s father made her go away. Not just move cities or even countries over. No. That would be too easy for Claude to find her. Father dearest enrolled her in a mental institution a whole country over. Claiming that she has some form of multiple personalities, and when she jumps personalities, she has a need to murder. This other country knew now of the Braxton family, so there was no worry in Claude’s mother ruining the Braxton’s good name. When Claude figured out that his mother was missing, he confronted his father. He merely replied, “She couldn‘t stay here any longer with a monster in the house.”

Claude was that monster. Betrayed and abandoned, Claude continued his medical practice along with his father, and practicing medicines in his spare time. Throughout the days however, his name continued to spread across the land. The public called him a ‘prodigy,’ and famous faces came to see his work in action. Like his artwork, he didn’t want to be showcased. Syimon Yath, a man whom worked in an asylum, came to him one eve. Proposing that Claude work for him and become his apprentice -- Claude declined. The turmoil within him was too much. He needed his mother. Yeah, has you can figure, Claude has motherly issues. A week later, Motegi Maddling struck the same proposal to Claude. At first, he declined, until Motegi mentioned his mother and her ware bouts. This was when Claude figured out the truth. She was in an asylum, and truly mental due the medications that the asylum forced her to take. Being a man who was more than familiar with medicines, maybe there was a way for Claude to reverse the effect.

Motegi’s proposal; “ Don’t work for Syimon. Don’t work for me. Work for your mother Braxton. Do this, and we’ll transfer your mother over to Rust’s Keep. We’ll also transfer a few other inmates that have the same case as your mother. Use them to has test subjects to attempt to reverse the symptoms that your mother has.” Claude accepted.
