She was adopted as a little child and doesn't know who her parents are but was brought into a new family of fennces, who live in outskirts city of the beach. They own a little jewelry shop of sea items. She was happy be in it with her older sister who picked on her a lot as they were growing up.
Her mother loved her and pampered her a lot as she was getting older and teaching her stuff too. She gave her a pink bow tie the day she came into the family and she dearly holds onto it.
She had a hard time doing things in her life because her size was getting in the way but her family always helped her when she needed it.
As years went by they passed away giving both their kids the store for them to take over. Her sister left to go out and become something big, wanting do something more then to work at the family jewelry store. She was upset she could not sell it, so she let Fran take over and left never to be heard from again. So Fran took over the shop going out and finding neat things in the beach, getting stuff to make things or diving into the waters or digging holes to bring things into the shop and make new jewelry. It was hard for her being half whale but she never gave up on her mother and fathers shop.
Growing up she was odd, always doing stuff that people would not do like having a dead fish for a hat or nap in a hole she made. Didn't have friends as much, she was odd thinking and loved to eat a lot stuff. She cant help it at all, because of her size. Fran always wondered what it was like in the city, being such an adventurous person. One day she met someone at her shop that might change her life once more of fun and adventurous days in her shop.
