Her objectives are mixed. Being raised by the surface clan of vampires who are more friendly in the prime verse. She is more a cooperative person, when it comes to bounty hunting or attacking the underground clan (who are a lot hostile in the prime verse). Considering her father (biological) took over to rage war against the surface clan, to take over the verse. Shion being like her father is very tactile and helps the surface clan figure out ways to fend off their enemies.

Her father's objective is to kill off the surface clans for he thinks they are weak and to take over the verse with the underground clan (While in the anti-verse the underground clan mainly show interest into taking over, while the surface clan seeks to take over the underground kingdom then take over the world.)
Shion's objective is to help fend off the underground clans while striking fear into non vampiric mobians. And probably over the tyrant of the underground clan.

How Shion was figured to be Prime Thorin's daughter is said to be because of a time she was captured and to be tortured for information. Being unwillingly too do so, they took a DNA test to find out her identity to talk to her. Frankly at that point everyone was shocked. Even the father, who thought was dead in the middle of the woods after killing off the mother in a fight. He then tried convincing his now known daughter about joining his side. Which turned into a bite fight. Sentenced to death, Shion had little time to live, or so to thought a explosion hit the wall of a dungeon cell she was in and she escaped, with what little life she had. Giving her outlaw name.
