Vincent - The Politician

Vincent murdered, lied, and manipulated his way to the top of Avian society. He is mentally unstable, and a psychopath. He will almost always put himself first and do whatever it takes to win, in situations where he cannot do this himself he will utilize others to complete the task for him, willing or not. It is worth noting that the Avian government is extremely corrupt, and rumors of Vincent's incredibly difficult upbringing may explain how he turned out this way.

He has studied elemental magic and can cast spells, but he lacks discipline and control, being self taught. His magic is dangerous and unstable, and he tends to use it to supplement melee attacks, for example, causing a punch to also electrocute the target. Magic aside, he has razor sharp claws, and while he certainly cannot take much punishment, his intimate knowledge of anatomy usually means he only needs to strike once.

Apex lists him as a valuable informant inside the Avian government, but they also list him as extremely dangerous, and a possible candidate for assassination. It can be hard to tell if he's on your side, or how long things will stay that way.

He is the smallest, physically weakest, lightest weight Aria character, and one of the few that is not an Apex employee.
