Aura is a magenta-colored yoshi with green eyes and three red spikes on the back of her head. She wears a pair of black shoes and black bracelets.

Aura has immense physical strength despite her physical build. She can grow a pair of temporary wings for flight. Aura is also a very powerful pyromancer, allowing her to withstand and generate fires with extremely high temperatures. She's a well-trained fighter, preferring to avoid enemy hits with quick movement and countering with grapples and her pyromancy.

Aura is sexually active and loves being complimented on her appearance. She's friendly and loves to snuggle with anyone or anything she finds cute.

She lives in a house located in a forest of Yoshi's Island. It's an ordinary house.
