A character test for Illiath Taun, as drawn by the wonderful Merlin Missingham. Base colours and highlights were done by me, shading was added afterwards by Merlin.

Illiath is a slightly wayward warrior succubus of Taun clan who runs a 'Cubi school in my 'Epsilon Project' series. A student during the time of DMFA, she later teamed up with Lord Daryil to found a new school for incubi and succubi and became its headmistress.

The armour she's wearing is an advanced impact-resistant material, and it has proved equally popular with motorcyclists, adventurers and Creatures afraid of being slain by adventurers (Illiath has been all of these at some point).

Illiath is of mixed parentage - her mother a warrior of Taun's clan, her father a member of Daryil clan. Taun being more powerful, particularly at the time of her conception, she has the trademark leathery wings of a Taun member, (her father's are feathered) and the mark of Taun appeared on one of her feet during her teenage years.

Illiath has a certain fondness for Daryil and his clan's ideals, and this has caused some among Taun's clan to question her commitment to the Taun way of life. As a result she has sometimes been judged more strictly than those whose upbringing was pure Taun.

N.B. Taun Clan is canon with DMFA. While I've done quite a bit of research into Taun, Illiath is not a canon DMFA character.
