Brief History
Marlin never felt right calling himself a girl, so he decided to change that come middle school. But kids teased him, said it wasn't right, and in his second year he lost his drive. His father was relieved that his "tomboy" phase had ended, but his mother was upset that her child could not be themself.

In his freshman year of highschool, Marlin met his best friend, Stu, who was a grade ahead of him. At the time, Marlin was still known as 'Miranda' by his fellow students. However, unknowingly, it was Stu's doing that got Marlin's head spinning on a new name. Stu had affectionately dubbed him 'MarMar', which in coming months would form the ideal name of 'Marlin' to him. They hung out often. Marlin was in a lot of sports, and alternatively, Stu only read. But somehow, the two managed their friendship. Marlin's mother was pretty trusting of Stu (considering she had a hunch he was gay), and tended to let him stay the night with her "daughter" a lot. In turn, Stu's parents finally thought their son was getting some action.

In Stu's junior year, and Marlin's sophomore, he found out the Marlin was, in fact, FTM transgender. He accepted this with open arms. Really open.
So open that Stu ended up developing a crush on his best friend. In Marlins junior year, they dated. But that only lasted a few months before they mutually decided to break it off and just stay friends. Nothing much had happened anyways.

Marlin began therapy late into his junior year of high school, and he felt better than he ever had before about himself. In private to his closest friends, and his mother, he was a boy. To his father, to his classmates, he was a "girl".

When he graduated, he changed his life for good. He moved for college away from his gross father and began his life as a man. He began taking testosterone recently, and is proud of the little stubble on his chin. His surgery is too costly to both him and his mother, so for the moment, he wears a binder.

Extra

• He works out a lot. When working out, he wears a sports bra rather than his binder in order to confine his cleavage, but be able to safely exercise without constricting his breathing.

• He currently shares an apartment with Stu. They are also considered to be in a queerplatonic relationship.

• He's ripped as hell.

• He is not out in the town he lives in. They know him only as 100% MAH-MALE.

• He uses a lot of hair gel. So much.

• Despite being really fit, Marlin is really lazy. Stu does pretty much all the picking up.
