~Biographical Details~

Family: -Oddrey Snow~Her twin sister and most trusted friend and only remaining family. Since Oddrey is still human, Gabby finds herself more protective of her sister due to her vulnerabiltiy and existing health problems. She tries her best to keep her safe, and she will do whatever Oddrey asks at the drop of Hancock's hat!

Personality: Gabriella, at first glance is a very enigmatic character. She, most oftentimes comes off as dull-witted or slow because of her anti-social behavior toward folks she doesn't know too well, and because she lacks the ability to trust most individuals. When pressured or flustered she may become aggitated and oftentimes hostile toward the person egging on her frustrations, but overall, Gabby is a kind and giving individual who will give the shirt off of her back to whomever may be in need of it. She learns to be more respectful and loving toward most even though some of the residents of Goodneighber don't return in kind. She will oftentimes offer free repairs to those in need whenever she's feeling generous. Gabby is well known around Goodneighbor as the "tinkering troublemaker" due to the fact she's a former raider and will act childish around some in order to get her way. She knows her way around a good deal and will use her heinous skills to get what she wants. Bad habits die hard.

Backstory:
Before the war, Gabriella and Oddrey grew up with their off-balanced parents in a nice neighborhood with very few friends, but a very supportive family. Everything went well for Gabby's sister, Oddrey, as she grew up becoming a well educated member of society. She was married with the finest man, and was a successful Lawyer, while Gabriella was a little luckless with education, and she didn't quite know her way around social interaction.

Even though married with a young son, Oddrey allowed Gabriella to live with Nate and herself. Her job in return for a roof over her head was partial care for Shaun, their infant son, and helping keep track of house cleaning and other things that the Mister Handy couldn't assist with at moment in time.

All was well, until the fateful day that she was separated from Oddrey and her family whenever they were offered a secure home in one of the local Vault Shelters located in the area. Gabriella was pushed aside as her family was ripped away from her, and in the blink of an eye, the blinding light of the explosions would change the young woman and her sister's relationship forever.

Strangely, after several days or even weeks of unconsciousness, Gabriella awoke to a startling discovery. She was dumbfounded at the sight of the destructive path that had befallen Boston's Commonwealth and the dark metamorphosis she's undergone. Her skin was raw and disfigured by the chemical aftermath of the radiation and burns she'd undergone. After several more weeks passed, she discovered her condition had only worsened. She noticed one morning that her nose had become necrotic and her eyes had become bloodshot and pale. Luckily her hair had remained, but she was in so much pain due to her vocal chords being damaged and her still newly burned skin only grew more raw and agitated.

Through decades of discovery, change, and metamorphosis, Gabriella discovered she'd gone through a ghoulish transformation and became what was known at the time as...a "Ghoul". She found many of her own kind, as they were racially shunned by most humans, and tried her best to associate with many, but her social anxiety never much improved and she was a loner for most of her time in the Commonwealth.

One evening though after venturing to Goodneighbor after several attempts in the past, as her plans were thwarted by strange masculine monsters that were known as Super Mutants, Gabriella was greeted by the mayor of the small establishment, as he referred to himself as simply, Hancock, and was dressed as the historical figure as well. Gabriella found this odd at first and wasn't very fond of his "in your face", chill personality. She was very much uncomfortable and easily irritable. Her first encounter with him was...okay she would admit, but she wasn't too fond of the ghoul.

After a week of staying within Scollay Square, Gabriella found herself in an alley one evening whenever she was looking for spare parts in the trash to repair some items she had recovered from her journey to the town. She was soon surrounded by several raiders..the leader of the troop referred to herself simply as, "Smiling Kate," and threatened to kill Gabriella if she didn't cooperate or follow her instructions to a "T".

She is soon driven by force to the old Milton General Hospital, where the gang of Raiders resided. She is confronted with the gang's leader, Sinjin, and is offered a job as a "handyman" to repair armor and strengthen their arsenal of weaponry. At first, Gabriella was reluctant to agree to such a job due to the fact of her distaste for raiders and their homicidal nature. But she is quickly drawn in by the promise of Jet and other chems she so desperately craved at the time. The mish-mash group of thugs treated her somewhat unkindly due to the fact she was heavy set, but over time she grew numb to the insults and emotional bruising.

After several months of serving under the Raiders and dealing with the harsh reality that she'd been murdering innocent lives with her own work and hands, she'd become numb to the reality and disgust of who she'd become. Eventually, Gabriella's suspicions became apparently true as she was confronted with the leader, Sinjin, and was offered some unusual chems for a repair job she had completed. She thought not of the consequences that may have followed, and she indulged. Whenever the high struck, she was hit with an odd sensation, and she grew somewhat weak and tired.

She was dragged back to Sinjin's quarters, and her innocence was soon no more. She felt utterly disgusted with herself, and she finally felt she'd had enough with the grungy, hateful life she'd been living. She was soon struck with an unfamiliar memory of a family she once loved, and she was grief-stricken. That same night she grabbed what she could and quickly scrambled back to Goodneighbor, mostly battered, bruised and with a loss of part of herself she'd never regain.

Gabriella laid low for a few years, and she found herself hidden from society, only leaving for nourishment or to drive away the disgusting pain of neglect and self loathing she so often experienced. She was one day confronted by the Mayor. She had no clue that he was aware of her pain and hurting, but he could see that she was desperate for a new start...a new life.

Hancock offered her a safe place to stay, and he even offered her a job, mostly unaware of her involvement with Sinjin's raiding party and murderous streak. She kept that hidden, only expressing her loss of innocene to a man she loathed, and the loss of her dearly and sorely missed sister. She would open herself up to the ghoul, since most of her life she wore her heart on her rotting sleave. She knew from the look in his grief-stricken face that she was lost. He offered to comfort her with chems and some confidence building advice, but Gabriella was somewhat quick to decline.

She promised herself she would never accept chems from a ghoul-even a man-again, but Hancock would not give in to her rejection easily. When she was quick to stand up to leave, the Mayor swiftly grasped her arm firmly, and simply replied, "What are you going to gain in life by just running from your problems?...Nothing, trust me, I would know,"

Unaware of his past life and where he'd been, Gabriella was unsure of the severity, but with the look of desperation in his eyes, she quickly understood his past must've been just as painful if not worse than her own. She accepted his offer to stay and help repair the townsfolks' belongings and assist thoughs who were in need. She soon discovered that she was needed, and that finally, in her saddening, useless life, she amounted to something greater than being used. She was accepted and loved.

Though one issue still remained. That lingering emptiness in her heart was stronger than ever. She still deeply missed her sibling-her other half-and she only wished to see her...just once. Her wish would soon become true, though the odds were against it all. One rainy day in Goodneighbor, a pair of brotherhood members, one of them, a "knight in menacing armor", and the other a plump young woman with fiery red hair...Gabriella's heart jumped in her chest, and she raced past the Mayor as he greeted the young woman...after the Paladin offed the other man who failed to greet them with respect.

Gabriella clung to the young woman as if her life solely depended on her as a source of life-support. She was quickly shoved aside with utter disgust as the woman was disgruntled, and her companion almost held his weapon to Gabby's confused and frightened face. Hancock quickly defused the situation with a peace treaty as the man in the suit announced their names as Paladin Danse, and the young woman as...Oddrey Snow. Gabriella, was in more shock than ever as her suspicions were soon made apparently true.

It would come down to a deep decision in her heart and mind to drop the fear she carried with her ever day. She had to step up to the plate and express...bravery. She spoke to the young woman and expressed her disbelief, and it all came down to the simple phrase, "My God, Odd...you're alive. It's me, Gabby..Gabs...your sister."

Oddrey was taken aback and given quite a fright, as she turned pale in disbelief at first, until Gabby expressed her saddening tale of loneliness and despair. It all soon made sense to the pair as they exchanged their war stories to one another. They both realized that their lives were changed forever, and yet some things would never be the same again...unless fate deemed it would bend for them.
