Kato's a young adult, tri-colored, blue and white husky! His medium blue fur pattern is accented by dual outlines. The inner accent outline is midnight blue while his outer accent outline is light blue. His nose/foot paws are dark grey while his eyes are light blue, matching the same light blue outer accent line following the outside of his medium blue fur pattern. While the dual accent outlines are thicker on his body, they do trace his medium blue fur pattern into his face, though becoming thinner as it reaches his neck and into his face, where they disapear towards the center of his head.

He's a young adult around his 20's (in human years) who is has an unkown condition. Sometimes he regreses into a younger pup. When he does regress down in age, he is regressed into a pup that is old enough to be completly out of diapers but for some reason needs them. While no one knows why this happens, it has been figured out that a multiple of of situations and conditions are known to be triggers. If he is upset, sad, afraid or nervous, his condition is triggered for the duration of his feelings or longer. He is also triggered by caretakers & daddyfurs who at any moment can trigger his condition. There are other unkown triggers that he isn't aware of where Kato might find hinself regressing without notice.

Kato does enjoy wearing diapers as an adult as well as a younger pup, allowing him to enjoy them under any circumstances. Though he still finds his enjoyment to wear diapers embarrassing, specially when he finds himself regressing without notice.
