Seeth, otherwise known as The Oracle, is a Prototype-class robot wandering the wastes of Earth at some point in the distant future. He moves through a society of robots, spreading legends of his knowledge and mysticism.

In actuality, Seeth is a very complicated observer. He records and simulates data, and his unique head construction allows him to see beyond physical realms. Specifically, he has four eyes, each corresponding to a different aspect of reality. Unfortunately, he was not constructed with a mouth, and is thus mute, communicating through a complicated sign language that only a few other robots have been able to learn. Given his status as a bit of a legend, he tends to only communicate with others only when absolutely necessary.

Seeth generally travels the world in a long and heavy robe, hiding his extra set of arms as well as his lithe (compared to other robots) internal structure. When alone, he tends to remove the robe in order to gain better movement in his observations, as seen in the picture above.
