~Father (Crow; Mightyena) : Is currently in jail for murdering groups of humans in order to protect his family, as he thought nothing mattered more than to see his mate and daughter safe. Currently, Rune is saving up money to pay for his bail fee.

~Surrogate Father (Blaike) : A mysterious, cryptic human male who held no prejudice towards Rune, nor her brother Deimos; he raised the two as pups as if they were his own children, teaching them lifelong morals and lessons. However, he disappeared after a sudden fire within their home the mansion, and was never seen after…

~Adoptive Brother (Deimos; Mightyena) : Her senior by three years, the two met when she was merely five years old after their father, Blaike, adopted her from a nearby orphanage. The two pups quickly befriended each other and grew up together from there. At 21, Deimos continued to care for (as well as be concerned for, albeit rarely physically shows it) his sister’s welfare the same as their father had done onto them.

History:

Rune was born on November 20th, 1999 to a homeless Mightyena couple. By the time she was three years old, her mother had been shot and killed during a drive-by shooting (due to being at the wrong place at the wrong time). Crow, Rune's father, located and murdered the group of humans as a result, which led to his incarceration. Not knowing what to do with her, authorities sent her to a rundown orphanage in Celadon City. Here, she was often picked on by the other children due to her anthro heritage, until this stopped two years later when a man named “Blaike” adopted the lowly Poochyena pup. From here she also met another adopted pup, “Deimos”, who was three years older than herself. For many years the two grew up together under the teachings of Blaike and revered and respected their father highly. However, some time after her 13th birthday, a fire occurred in the mansion, resulting in the disappearance of the mysterious man, possibly even his death. Broken, homeless, and only having each other to rely on, Rune and Deimos settled in a low-quality apartment. Her brother, 15 at this time (his birthday is in April; he turned 16 the next year), had developed a gambling problem, which led them to become slightly bankrupt and oftentimes in debt. Desparate for money and work, Rune had joined the ranks of Team Magma to support herself and Deimos (she also began to smoke for a while as a way to relieve her high stress at that time; this habit did not cease until she turned 20). Oftentimes she had attempted to get Deimos to work as she was the only one of the two providing income, however he often snapped back at her and drained her of her money. Due to this, they had quite a rocky, negative relationship for a few months, however, Deimos' habit had eventually subsided and he took up a job with Team Rocket.
