A character I play in a cyberpunk tabletop campaign.

Grew up far outside the city limits, outside of technology and in the post-apocalyptic wasteland. After a series of incidents, he ended up moving into the city and working with Arjax's military side. Until a horrible accident in which he lost any use of his eyes and ruined most of his upper torso, that is. He went to his employer for help, but of course, Arjax’s employees are always expendable, and they refused. So he sold himself, and what he knew of Arjax's military activities, to Blackout. They replaced his eyes, gave him a sniper rifle, and now he's owned by them.

One of the humans mutated by the radioactive landscape, and that makes him have feathers on his arms, back, and neck, because I'm fucking furry.

basically just a big dumb nervous bird that thinks computers are magic
