Character Description
Fayruz is what Westerners call a "ghoul", though not the undead thing you typically see in such media.

Rather, she is perfectly alive and intelligent. She just has a craving for anthropomorphic flesh and blood and a host of powers for hunting them.

Pheromones that compel men, sometimes women too, minor shapeshifting ability (she likes the kitsune look recently).

She can get by on just blood, but she needs to feed daily that way, a fresh corpse can last her a couple months.

Seductive, deceptive.
Background/History
She spent her first century in Egypt, preying on the unwary and hapless. But when the English came to colonize her country she found the foreigners fascinating, and they thought her exotic. In the Victorian era she moved to England and preyed on the clueless natives. In the modern days she's moved onto the United States, taking advantage of the Goth subculture.
World/Setting
Similar to real life, except animals are anthro. Carnivorism is discouraged and considered cannibalism.
