Well here's Halo my wonderfully weird bird creature. His species is an original species of mine. His mother is the the pure bred of his species while he has a 'harpy' father and a pure bred harpy half sister.

He is unable to speak due to his vocal cords and mouth shape not being adequate to how humans make the sounds that they do.
However his species does have the capability to eventually give themselves a disguised for of a human so maybe one day he'll learn to speak~
