Todd Dalick is a green tree frog. Born in a pond village near Gloucester, England, he aspires to join an arts college. He likes to draw, play guitar, swim and read comics. Besides being proud of his large, size 23 feet, he tries to breathe life into the family tradition of fluid inflation. He's friendly and rather clumsy, and is a good friend of Mark Ettle, although he often ends up being his guinea pig for wacky experiments.
