Ko Tokudome is the Elemental Girl of Light. Ko is a caring yet attractive woman in the sense of what many would consider "The perfect girl". However obtaining lots of insecurities and finding difficulties in simple things like feeling good.

Ko actually has the ability to heal certain Elemental Girls (Mostly Haku the strongest) and when combined with Kame, Ko can manipulate Kame's temper tantrums into a very fearful appearance, altering her form until the tantrum goes away.
