Kame, the younger sister of Kasumi; is the element of water. Unlike the other Elemental girls, Kame was not directly hit by the meteor in fact it was a few inches away from her on her fish tank, containing her three pet fish: India, Pac and Mono. The water spiralled around the meteor seeping into Kame making her the Elemental Girl of Water.

Kame is only young, and is a close friend of Cho (The fairy).

Kame's hair actually is linked in within the Earth's oceans so she can actually pull out many different sea creatures from her hair; this can be a pro and a con.
