Mary is a fairly typical Demon in the DMFA continuum, taking joy and satisfaction in killing, maiming and generally causing chaos.

While many Demons roam around, murdering, causing mayhem and feeding the trade in adventurers and other Demon-hunters, Mary prefers to adopt a Lawful Evil outlook, plying the adventurer trade herself. She specialises in executions and bounty hunting, providing for her a large number of officially-sanctioned targets while avoiding the legal difficulties and bounties that would accrue from a more traditional rampage.

Mary's preference is for two-handed weapons, typically axes or claymores. She is also proficient with single-handed swords, and as a Demon, she has brute strength and stamina which make her very deadly even unarmed. Swords and axes aside, Mary has also been known to use a mace, although since this tends to go down badly at executions she doesn't get many opportunities to do so.

She appears in (and was designed for) the final scene of 'The Axeman Cometh', but may also appear in future stories.
