Nikolai Fornell is the squad leader of the RCIS Team called the Deadeyes, He has a clumsy but silent personality but tends to be a strict person when it comes to his squad members.

Malashenko, on the other hand is a tough and confident Crux that runs the RCIS out of the City of Metro, being it's Director, he gets abit upset whenever Nikolai runs his squad into alot of messups across Metro, usually Malashenko is the one that covers them up.
