Jaxter'Kaii's story is being developed on the Wikia as we speak, but here is a snippet.
Jaxter'Kaii is "The K'Kaio" (Ke-Kao)'s best hunter/assassin in its organization, bought off the Aridian Bounty Hunter's Association list of hunters, whenever The K'Kaio need something that their own lower skilled hunters cannot handle, they send in Jaxter'kaii to get it done.
However Jaxter'kaii's skill will come face to face with Draugrson around 3100 GRS, it was on Hellspur, Jaxter's skill were put to his limit to a person that doesn't have ANY fighting skills just alot of agility, when he came to capture Draugrson, he was easily defeated. Taking this in defeat, he didn't retreat back to New Aridia, since returning to his homeworld in defeat would make him publicly shamed. Instead he remained on Hellspur to train in his skills so when he battled Draugrson again he would come close to capturing but was defeated not by skill but my exhaustion.
When Jaxter'kaii recovered he shamelessly returned to New Aridia, instead of being shamed, before returning to Ezzlin Plateau he got word that Draugrson was on New Aridia, being on home turf, Jaxter'kaii quickly won the battle and capturing the Crocodite as shown in Bounty Hunted!
However little did Jaxter'kaii knows what lies ahead and what "The K'kaio" plans next.
For those wondering what those plates are on his armor, they are a camouflage-like/cloaking plating system, able to cloak and disappear into the scenery.
