Been sitting on this sketch for months. Finally got around to inking and coloring it. Another really radical change! Cecil, up til now, has always had black hair. I did some playing around and found that he looks much cuter as a redhead with freckles.

Personality: Upbeat, but with nervous tendencies, Cecil is a friendly and likeable fellow. He's as gay as the day is long, has asthma, and struggles with OCD.
