My new personal character/fursona!

I didn't quite feel like my previous attempt at a fursona really captured who I was as a person on the whole. I enjoy cuteness a whole lot, but I'm not JUST cute. I'm also highly variable, and enjoy a range of different forms, so I didn't want to just go with "Husky" and be stuck with that. I love magic and fantasy, as well as a bit of mysticism, so Kitsune seemed to fit the bill nicely.

Designing the visual aspects was tricky as well. "Distinct, but not overly complicated" was what I was going for, and creating a design that I knew I would enjoy painting took a while.

Overall I'm very pleased with the result, and I think I have a character that I can more closely relate to, as well as change with me over time. :)

Some Misc. Notes:

• Her mother was a Husky and her father a Kitsune with yokai somewhere in his lineage.

• The horns are usually not visible, and grow typically only when she's emotionally disturbed, stressed, or angered. Think of it as a sort of "Super Saiyan" mode. >.>

• Her FEET have BLUE PADS too! I'm just lazy, lol

• She is able to manipulate and control the elements, but only a few at a time. She can choose one Primary (Full Power) and one Secondary (~75% Power) element, then the other two are at about 25% power. She can only manipulate these last two to a certain extent, causing breezes, mist, heat and small flames, etc.

• She has considerable transformative skills, and is able to change her body and species however she sees fit. More extensive and grandiose transformations can drain her considerably, however, and she will have to rest in that state for a while before changing back.
