Hitori in RL is my college used character. My anthropomorphic puppy.

Hitori originally was a dragon with the ability to change his form to any species. He likes how he looks with canine. He can species change, even become an anthro-look or even human. Once he was afraid by human or even other animals. He shuts himself in a cave, and scare who ever comes in the cave. He afraid and can't learn to really form into other species in a long time.
There is one day, a human boy come into this cave during his school boy scout camp. As he realizes something is in this cave, he feels afraid. The dragon roars on him, but he is too afraid that he can't move. Hitori sees that he don't walk away, then comes out and shows his look. The boy wasn't surprised, but starts come close to Hitori. Hitori surprised, he falls back. Until the boy touches his head, the boy give a gentle smile to him. "Daijoubu~ Don't be afraid." The boy said.
Hitori cries and feels relax, he slowly shrinks into his canine form. The boy hugs him and starts cuddle him gently. The boy then take off his bandanna, a bandanna with an "A" word on it. He ties it on Hitori's neck. As he goes back, he brings Hitori along with him to his camp. His friend saw him comes back with a dirty dog.

"Hey, Akaji! Where have you been? Everyone have been worried about you."
"They say there is a very scary cave around here, do you really go having an adventure there?"
"Where do you get that puppy? Very cute!"

The boy smiles and say: "Yeah, I am fine. I just find this little guy get lost in this jungle."
