Toshio is a character still in development, and is to be the main protagonist of my upcoming webcomic, ElectroMania! Currently he's a man of japanese descent who lives an average life. A simple mechanic, he uses his free time riding through the streets of the New City with a group of friends. Though, despite the crowd that he associates with, he is kind-natured and follows rules to the dot.
