Overview of History:
Born as the heir to the Starshiftian throne, there were high hopes for her, until it was prophosized that she'd be a bad leader and eventually be dethroned by her people and be killed. Her parents, Solen and Lunara grew worried as the days went on. Two months had passed since her birth and an unexpected visit from a stranger from Mobius to Starshift, changed that fear they had into hope. The shades stranger introduced himself as Rex Void, a visionary, who promised to take the princess with him to Mobius for a better life after hearing their story. After a few hours of arguments and diliberation, they decided it was what was best for their daughter.
Little did they know, the Mobian had other intentions for the little shapeshifter. He was lead to Starshift because of his knowlage of shapeshifters of Royal Blood. They harnessed inner power that needed to be awakened. So he intended to do so.

Rex had an entire unnamed organization devoted to taking over the entirty of Mobius, eventually. He had Recently started a new project with children, taking them from their families when they are too young to remember, training them up until they were of age, and giving then missions to carry out, most of which included them terminating their entire immediate family. He placed here there as sort of a mascot for the project, as she was his main priority.

At the age of fourteen, Jeweliana managed to escape, almost getting killed in the process, with two of her friends and allies Demond Void and Streak Shinestone. A few months later, the two decided to go back to what they knew, seeing the adjustment as too hard, they trekked their way back to the base, leaving the Shapeshifter alone and unaware of her surroundings. She traveled alone until she reached a large city. Afraid of the tall buildings, as her missions only took her so far away from base, she hurried to get to more suburban territory, for something at least slightly familiar to her. The shapeshifter soon ran into a young Tenrec named Celestial Alcor, the son of a diplomat in the Central South Reason of Metropolis. He saw her while taking a walk with his brother Templar, who was against bringing a strange creature back with them. Not Caring about his brother's thoughts, Celestial brought her back to a home that Their Mother Alena Alcor had started for youth with no place to go, many victims of Rex Void's crimes. She was allowed to stay there permanently, getting a room secluded from all the other residents for safety. She was very much alone for months, until Alena came to suggest enrolling in a school. Now Fifteen, Jeweliana was never aware that schools existed, which was sad for anyone her age. She was taught, but the idea of school was foreign to her. So she agreed, and was enrolled in Central South High School, a school for mobian adolescents that were considered gifted. She spent most of her school days alone, getting picked on by jealous females and avoiding looks from Males that made her uncomfortable. Then her entire life changed when there was a new student enrolled, named Rocket Sparks, and Jewel was chosen over Templar to be the peer escort for the hedgehog.

Aspirations(?): As a child, Jeweliana aspired to one day travel back to Starshift and become their princess one more, and then queen when the time came. But now that she realizes that she was never going to be heir to the throne, her life goals changed completely. For a while she had no real goals in life, but after she met Knight Starr, her only aspiration is to finally settle down with the man she loves and have a family.

Attire: A pale yellow sleeveless top with an ovular shaped crop in the shirt, and the shirt stops halfway down her torso. Yellow jacket with pink powered trim Long yellow gloves with soft grip pads on her fingertips and palms and sleeve cuffs that are dark yellow, and a black underglove. A dark yellow belt with a pale yellow stripe in the center and a square silver buckle with blue and pink squares and stripes. Her boots have a sandy colored toe and the rest of the boot up to her knees are yellow. The top around the boot is identical to the belt, minus the buckle. Four power sealing orbs; two on back of hands, and two on toes. Two pony tail holders, one black, one dark yellow.

Physical Strengths:

Jewel is a very limber Shapeshifter and is very quick, Making her a hard target to hit.
Her ability to blend in with her surroundings, transforming into the Mobian species best adapted to the area, or simply touching a Mobian of the desired species makes it hard for her to be unprepared for any condition of battle, travel or training. She's got great balance because of her tail.
Physical Weaknesses:

Any dark abilities or powers may be her weakness. An obsidian stone, dubbed "Drainstone" for it's strange powers to suck the life out of power sources. Physical attacks do twice as much to the Starshiftian as compared to a Mobian. Her entire body is very sensitive to physical sensations, making something as simple as a pinch hurts three times as more as the average Mobian. This only accounts for "sharp" pains.

Physical Resistances:
Light or Psychic energy attacks aren't very powerful against the shapeshifter.

Rocket Sparks-The first real close friend that Jewel met after escaping Rex's organization. They were both social outcast after enrolling in a high school at the same time. That brought them closer together slowly forming a relationship that brought the two to date each other. He is one of the more supportive of her friends but clowns on her often as well.
Thunder Sky- Since she could speak, she called this hedgehog her best friend. He was Jewel's best friend since childhood. He was proclaimed dead at age 7 after he got lost on a small trip not being found. They were reunited at age 16 when he tracked her down, but had also remade contact with Rex and was hired to exterminate her.
Seraphina Shadowash[ **]- For nearly five years, the two were the closest friends and allies that you could get. Both not being natives of Mobius drove them closer together. They made it a mutual goal to stop the man who wronged the both of them, a man who was the cause of many murders, Seraphina's father and a few of Jewel's closest friends. The two are rarely seen without eachother.
Alecca Graphite-An old time friend of Jeweliana. The two were close as relatives until her unexpected death by the hands of a common enemy.
Nixie Ashford- Introduced to her by Alecca, the two bonded over similar interest and shared the same past occupation. They work very well together and often complete various missions together when need-be.
Tundra Daze- Jewel admires the young hybrid and is very close to her, forming almost a sisterly bong with the husky-wolf. They often race together on extreme gear and sometimes snowboards. She loves the scrappy mutt as much as any of her other friends, but takes her safety very seriously.
Fàelan Devlin [ ** ]- The mate of Seraphina Shadowash and also a good friend to Jewel. After helping in rescuing Faelan from a Military base located on mobius, he has since then considered her to be a good friend and trustworthy ally.
Streak Shinestone- Having an ever so obvious crush on the Shapeshifter for years, he's a very loyal friend to her though he sometimes doesn't know how to contain himself. No matter how much he jokes about, he'd do anything for her when asked or even when not.
Carbon Hestia- A friend from school that eventually turned into somewhat of an older brother figure. Since he lost his sisters, he's very protective of the shapeshifter as if she was his own sibling. The two have many collaborative signature moves whence fighting.
Deacon Clearwater-The two share disgust for for Crackell Fields as he is the murderer of Deacon's childhood best friend, Frizzle and would do anything to set things strait. However, Jewel and Deacon have been friends since she left Rex's organization and the two have developed a sibling bong ever since.
Cinders Snow- The Porcupine admires the shapeshifter, and looks up to her a bit, despite the very small age gap. They exchange techniques and ways to harness the natural energy within themselves.
Farrow Torrent- A fellow Starshiftian, detached from their culture, but not as keen to learn as Jewel is. She tries to teach him their native tongue, but his attention is on something he finds a bit more interesting--Jewel.
Azerite Shinestone-A very reliable companion and one of the shapeshifter's best friends. His ability to read signatures left behind by teleportation and being able to utilize them for his own gain make him a valuable asset to Jewel's crew of friends.
Flora Evergreen- Fiancé of Carbon Hestia and a good friend to Jewel, almost like an older sister to the Shapeshifter. She's a very positive female role model for Jewel.
Topaz Sky [] -These two are good friends, but she feels as though the two have a small rivalry when it comes to receiving Thunder's attention, even though Topaz and the hedgehog are now married.
Icelynn Glaciate [ Icey-Night ]-These two are close friends, and get along and hang out quite often. If Jewel needed an ally in combat, she would chose Icelynn for sure.
Indigo Thunderclash []-One of Jewel's very best friends and a reliable partner, though, she's no sidekick. The two make a very good duo in combat and though various missions they're assigned. The two first bonded when Jewel had found the hybrid. Th etwo connected instantly as they were both vampires.

Searaphina Shadowash []- The Power orient of Team Inferno and a long time best friend of the shapeshifter. Most assigned missions, she accompanies Jewel during her task.
Rowan Birdflight- Once a member of an Assassins' trio in Rex's Organization. The two along with Streak Shinestone carried out many missions together, only Rowan and Jewel stuck closer
Magnum Shooter- Main Contact/reference in the UMI [Underground Missions Investigations]. Usually chooses where and what missions the shapeshifter goes and often accompanies her.
Indigo Thunderclash []-Speed orient of Team Blood Sucker and of of Jewel's most trusted allies and friends.

Enemies & Rivals:
Kayeil Ervyn[***] -Jewel's Arch Rival. Though the two have worked together on certain occations, there is an undying rialry with the two constantly trying to kill each other everytime they see each other. With Jewel's more playful nature and Kayeil's more serious naturem she tends to annoy the zebra to no end.
Havoca Granite-
Felicity Storm-When Jewel first learned to harness her Telekinetic powers, the energy sapping Lynx intercepted and compromised the mission the shapeshifter was working. She drained all possible energy the shapeshifter had apart from her natural shapeshiftering ability.
Trinnity Evergreen- for the deaths of a few others of the starhishiftian race of Shapeshifter and a close friend of Jewel, as well as assisting Rex in his treachery, as well as being a right hand to Blazer in the newly formed organization, this porcupine has made it on Jewel's hit list and is targeted by the shapeshifter.
Rex Void-
Blazer Everegreen-After the fall of Rex's organization, Blazer was chosen to succeed and raise the organization from the ground up again. The porcupine seems to show a bit of respect towards Jewel as well as a physical attraction to her. However that doesn't hold him back in their various encounters; whenever they meet he's got an intent to kill.
Crackell Fields- Everytime she sees the squirrel her skin crawls with hatred. She wants nothing more than to be rid of the pest for killing her friend Frizzle. As younger children, he would always challenge her to pointless competitions and try and make a fool out of her, every chance he got, which only fuels her hatred.
Oblivia Rodgers- A performer with friends in high and low places. Jewel doesn't like the cheetah after one wrong encounter, but unbeknownst to Jewel, she has means to get rid of the shapeshifter so she won't be a bother anymore.
Sky Gears-A scrappy inventor with unclear intentions, but whatever intentions they seem dark. Using various weapons to try and exterminate...or experiment on Jewel. The wolverine is known to be very violent when he needs to get what he wants.
Zach Winters-Right hand man to a deceased ex-ally of Rex Void. He holds a grudge against Knight Starr for killing his master, and seeks out the shapeshifter whenever he can as a lure for her mate. He feels as though she'd be a nice trophy.
Daveon Devlin [ Cacos26 ]- Older brother of Faelan Devlin, and a rival to Jewel and many of her companions, as well as a wanted enemy. A primary target for Jewel and her allies. He only follows the orders of his master and lives only for him, orders include exterminating Seraphina Shadowash and Capturing Jewel for usage of the energy she gives off.

Mentors, Teachers & Tutors:
Rex Void-Was the one to first take Jewewliana from Starshift in the first place. He took her aside at a young age, apart from all of the other youth in his organization, for special combat training and stealth. He is also the reason for her hedgehog form's split tail.
Zeleena Star- Was a caretaker until the child was two years old. Later on in her life, she found Jewel and taught her how to use the psychic energy she used to shapeshift into blast, that eventually developed into telekinesis

Rocket Sparks-Taught Jewel how to play the piano. Rocket encouraged her to express her vocal musical talents.
Nightmare Void-Taught Jewel how to use complicated weapons. Most of which were of his own creation.
Thunder Sky-Thunder has been a long time mentor for Jewel, since childhood. He teaches her many survival skills, including tree-jumping, ant expert tracking skills. He also furthered the teachings of Zeelena Starr once she was out of the picture.
Knight Starr- Not only is he her current mate, he is her main combat training partner and also aids her with speed and agility. He's slowly trying to unlock a more powered up form and teacher how to harness her powers on a managable level.

Parallel Forms and Transformations:
Overdrive-When a build up of Pshycic energy threatnes to overflow, she releases this energy in short brursts and gets a few minutes of unlimited energy
Genesis Deity- An almost Starshift-god like state where she is nearly invincable, however, it isn't used for combat in the most powerful state. The power is used to attain peace.

-Jeweliana is vocally gifted and is at the intermediate level at playing the piano, and a beginner at the electric guitar. She is also an excellent dancer.
-Apart from her Natural talent to shapeshift, within her heart is an energy core that she could use to harness and create physical energy.

Character Trivia:
~Jeweliana's Original design derived from the favorite colors of Jewel-Shapeshifter until a redesign by another deviant. The design still keeps most of the Main components of the old one. However since then, she has gone through another redesign, bringing back a lot of color aspects from the old one.
~The original species for Jewel was an Armidilo with a shapeshifting ability to shift from that to a Falcon or to a hedgehog at will,
~The middle and last name of this character are derived from the words Astroid and Galaxy.
~The past design of Jeweliana's shoes was heavily influenced by Sega's Silver the Hedgehog and Cream the Rabbit.
~The idea of this character started back in 2004-2005.
~Many aspects of Jewel's personality are based of the true personality and mannerisms of Jewel-Shapeshifter with a few additions.
