Ifus was born in the arctic, she lived with her parents and her pack of wolves and stray dogs from the surrounding towns. She was destined to inherit the celestial powers from her mother, and the ice powers from her father and become a starcatcher like her mother. Starcatchers grant the wishes that people give to the stars. But the important task is that she grants wishes that do not cause evil consequences upon the world.
