Long ago when the world was still in its young years, and merly a mass of fire and rocks mixed with gass. Four great demons rose on this hell, each claiming titanic powers and near immortality.
Each had a hunger for more power, the problem being that the only way to gain more was to slay another.
As each was as powerfull as the other none manged to win, but then the world became more .... liveable and the first forms of humans appeared.
These beings were but specks of dust compared to them, however they found out that if they were worshipped their power grew!

So each demon began his conquest to make as many humans submit to their rule, the world was in their iron grasp.
But in time the true titan appeared, from bonds between these demons and humans.
The titans learned of their secrets and discovered ways to defeat them ... only to discover one truth.
They could kill three of them ... but they wouldn't be able to kill the last.

Nothing but another titan demon can absorb the soul of another titan demon, which in turn would kill one of the demons truely.
So they made a plan, and locked the demon known as Arzarmoth into a powerfull cell below egypte.
Riddled with runes and circles of arcane power to lock him there, the cell would also double as a wall to hold the souls out.
When the titans killed the other three after trapping him, he was denied the godlike powers the souls would give him.
Locked away in this deep tomb and forgotten ... by most.

Through the ages he manged to grow his pressence, allowing him to influence humans outside his cell.
As more humans became possed by his will they began to form a powerfull cult, who in turn began to work to setting their god free.
After being locked up for countless ages they finnaly manged to free him, ripping the lands of egypte apart as he woke up.
The souls finnaly being absorbed by him truely making him an immortal demon, as such he can never die ... only be defeated for a moment of time.

However he has prepared for this, using his power to establish a spell on himself.
Upon defeat he will be taken to hell, where he has secured lands for himself and a powerfull fortress.
He still seeks conquest and domination above all things, a hunger that can never be sated.
