An old character I decided to bring back after some..... "complications" the character had with some people back in the day. However now he's returning and with a new appearence.

Vernindad Reiner Bertholdt the current leader of the Oltanian Empire, was once a proud Oltanian, however it was during the First Galactic War, he came face to face to General Adrian Rendaux (please see the Wikia for more info) when he was defending the Vernindad of the Oltanian Empire at the time on board the Rage One Super Stardestroyer.

After a long battle onboard the Rage One, Reiner was almost proving to be the victorious one over Adrian, however the General proved the upper hand by clawing at Reiner's right eye severely weakening him, however just before Adrian can return the killing blow, Reiner reacted at the last second and moved instead of being beheaded Adrian struck and sliced Reiner's lower jaw slicing it off completely.

Seeing the damage he caused, Adrian decided to leave Reiner where he is, bleeding out on the floor onboard the Rage One. He eventually managed to find a medbay that managed to stabilize the wound. After escaping the Rage One, Reiner had his jaw replaced with a metal jaw, since any form of healing was difficult especially for an Oltanian in Republic Territory.

It was after the Republic's victory over Oltanis, Reiner retreated to a stasis chamber in hopes of recovering but sadly it was irreplaceable. When he emerged from his stasis in 3100 GRS, he usurped the role of Vernindad from the current leader. Its here he pledge revenge against the very person that put him into this situation, the Republic Supreme Chancellor; Adrian Solanos.
