He hailed from Alau the realm of the egyptian gods ... when he was but a mere boy he took on a stupid bet, to steal a phoenix feather and bring it back.
But alas the phoenix was frightend and burned the boy alive ... but he survived, his body first crippled he had luck he was burned when being only 5 years old.
Hes an anubite you see ... born from the bone of anubis ... this gave them the element known as anubian obsidian ... a strange strong organic matter.

You see this decides how an anubite will turn out, if hes young and smart he will become a clever priest ... fast agile and strong a good soldier.
In imey's case it mean't that during a period of 5 grueling years, his body was slowly being consumed by the obsidian. Unable to move and only able to watch as slowly his head was put inside a mask.
But when he woke up again he noticed he could move yet again, even that his body was already quite cut at his young age of 10.
As the years would pass Imey trained harder and became only bigger and stronger, but little did he know that soon all his might would be put to the test.

When he was 20 years old the invasion of Alau happend, with the egyptian gods weakend for losing egypte and Alau in true chaos de dark maurading hordes of Hades entered the realm!
With the gods weak and in disarray it fell to the servants of the gods, but this brought other horrors with it.
You see Anubites were the biggest population group ... but concidered to be nothing more than slaves ... even a priest of anubis would be concidered on the same standing as a servant of horus (be he just a mere builder!)
And thus Anubites were sent forth without a choice, poorly trained and equiped they were pushed into the meat grinder ... but amidst the chaos one Anubite did not ever fall ... he only came back more and more to lay insult to his generals that had sent him and his people to die.

They named him the black dog .... Imey-er Mesha ... the black dog of alau ... his skin so tough no sword could cut it .. and no hammer could crush it.
As the war raged on Imey was exposed to every dark art of war, this would shatter him if not for his sister Liana who was the one being to keep him in line.
Eventually with the war still going against the favor of the gods they went for drastic measures, the temple of the guardians was opened again.

From this temple the very first gods came forth ... and only those worthy enough could enter it and return as a true god ... as a way to end this war.
You see the gods were still weak ... and only a newly made god would have such tremendous power that he could bannish the dark hordes.
Each possible subject the gods had failed ... but there was still one ... however their idle pride kept them from accepting their brother anubis his choice.

"He is but a slave of war! Know your place well Anubis he will not do these trails!" Was what Ra yelled at him, but Anubis knew what it would mean to have this.
He felt the pain of his subjects and he wanted it to end, so after planning and plotting for a few months he began his plan.

With the help of loyalists he got imey to the temple and to take the trail ... within it Imey fought horrors and cruelity he thought only war could bring.
His final task at the temple was to fight the phoenix ... known as End world ... a phoenix who was born from the start of time itself ... Imey was again gruesomly burned but ... his body reacted differently.
He became a vessel a way to trap the phoenix his power within him and claim it as his own.
Thus with the phoenix trapped within him fire became his ally ... able to use it to heal and strengthen his body with it.

Finnaly he would recieve a weapon fit for a god, and only one weapon was truely meant for him ... the blade of Apep.
A demon who once haunted Ra until he slayed it and bound his soul to the blade ... it would fill with the madness of war and cause terrible vengeance on all oppenents.
The war ended swiftly after imey rose out of the temple, a god among his people now.
With Alau restored and his people raised to common citizenship his realm knew peace, but this newly formed god had no intentions of sitting still.
For thousands of years he would travel ... hop between dimensions ... and take to adventuring and fighting ... never stopping.
