Vicious is a maid to royalty, a King in most cases.

He is usually mistook for a female and as such treated like one usually, he almost seems to be a trap.

He drinks whenever he is able to, but mostly smokes if given a chance.

Being a Shiny Eevee with antlers, usually there are not to many like him around.

Also he has two abilities, one being telekinetics and the other being illusion magic/mind leaks.
