Gooroos are a monstrous race I made up, and as part of their development, they must absorb the psycho-kinetic energy release at the time of death from sentient species. It is from this that they gain part of their personality and their later abilities. Smotele, who wanted only to avoid this macabre reality, tried her very best to refrain from attacking others to claim this spark and their corpses. Perhaps the gentlest of any gooroo known, this struggle instead turned her into the greatest terror such that almost no other gooroo dare take her on.

Having snapped due to PKE starvation, she became a hunter with all her intelligence intact and none of her inhibitions present. Slaughtering masses at a time, her binge feeding overloaded her body and caused her to grow to enormous size. Still an adolescent, and not that much older than Chobaroo, she has the power and size of some elder gooroos. She has taken to deep sea waters for cover to protect her from fire, her weakness, and has taken electricity and glowing lures as part of her hunting techniques.

Now and then, Smotele becomes coherent for a time and may even collapse to her more kangaroo like state. While most have written her off, one of her own kind still thinks there is hope in saving her, but how is another story.
