Tucker Hold is a six foot four inch tall Anthropomorphic Jackal who is a lieutenant in the N.I.S.T. (Neotroian Infiltration and Sabotage Troops) and is in command of a small striker group specializing in assassinations and demolition of enemy equipment. He is the joker of the group, who is constantly smiling and making jokes. He isn't the best fighter or the strongest either, but he makes up for this by utilizing a helmet that is a super computer that allows him to outsmart his opponents. He is not only a fighter, but also a lover, and is always trying to impress woman, and ends up falling hard for Captain Livewater, and tries to protect her even though she is leagues ahead of him, both is fighting, and in terms of relationships.

Hold uses Juggling sticks (or devil sticks) to fight in Close Quarters Combat, but his juggling sticks have a special twist to them. When the three sticks are making contact, they complete an electrical circuit, allowing the stick being juggled to spin faster (by using air jets), which means his fights last along time. the juggled stick has razor blades on both ends, which also get an electrical charge. Because a lot of the fighting relies in the stick being juggled, the two other sticks he use to juggle have a couple of prongs on the end of them which make them a tazer when they both make contact. because the stick being juggled gets a charge going, there is a battery that stores any unused energy, and if the stick is grabbed out of the air whilst it is being juggled, there are two buttons on the bottom of the two juggling sticks that releases all of the stored energy from the battery. In the end, if Hold is not wearing his helmet, he wouldn't be able to juggle the stick once it gains exponential speed.
