Suba is a little dogling who loves to swim in the sea looking for treasure. He can curse or bless objects he finds and sells them in a booth he ownes. While he lives under the sea he often comes on land to sell things. He can be a swindler and cheat people out of money so buying something truly valuable from him is difficult. One really needs to be an expert haggler! While not searching and selling stuff he loves to go partying and swimming.
