Felix Is an albino German Shepard that lives in the city of Skyfringe, A town which has been created out of the scraps of airplanes in an airplane graveyard near Fossil, OR. He is young, and rather unknowing of the dangers of the world he lives in, kept rather sheltered by his father. However, this also resulted on Felix having a truly good heart, filled with determination, which he wears on his shoulders proudly.
