Dean is a hunter. He hunts monsters and keeps the world safe from the Apocalypse (which seems to happen often).

He is a lion, with a anti-demon possession tattoo that keeps him safe. His trademark flannel shirts and impala are key. His brother Sam travels with him on his adventures in search of his father and to stop the world from ending.
