Arlia grew up in the Stone-Feather tribe, in a distant, isolated forest across the sea. She is the daughter of the tribe chieftain, and also surpisingly, one of the only females of the tribe. for this reason, she was kept under protection by her father, even though her lifelong dream is to leave the tribe and see the world. Her necklace holds a small rock of the Sanctuary, a place in a nearby mountain where the dead are buried, as a good luck charm.
