Isaac "The Steel Jackal" Schakkenstahl can be described as being many things, especially "evil" and "completely batty" but there is no denying his genius and impressively positive outlook in life when a machine he was working on going rogue cost him the use of his right hand, instead of moping about it, he did what any self-respecting mad scientist in his way to becoming a respected techno-crime lord supervillain would do and made the most of it! That "most" including a rocket fist, grappling hook fingers, the ability to control his mobile lab "tank" remotely, and the ability to fit several canisters in his arm module, including flame fuel, sleeping gas, toxic sludge and whatnot. Because what fun is SCIENCE if it's not accompanied by screams of TERROR? SCIENCE also isn't free! So you better hand over that bank vault key if you know what's good for you! (a rocket fist to the face is arguably not such a thing)
