Hypsie is an anthro mouse with a hypnotic power. She is not evil, but tends to use her powers for fun or when she wants something.

Hypsie is a mouse with a unique power, hypnotism. Her eyes are in a constant state of swirly hypnosis. To prevent it from hypnotizing everyone that looks at her, she wears stylish shades to cover them up. The way she uses hypnotism isn't normal. Her way is more...forceful. Since simply looking into her eyes is enough to put you under her spell. She does not need words to cause it. once it has taken effect though, you will obey her every command. And like usual, all she has to do is snap for it to wear off. She wears a purple coat at all times.

As for personality, she is nice. She tends to keep things to herself and usually does not hang around others. As a mouse, she loves cheese. Give her cheese and she will be grateful.
