Kiyone is an aspiring villain who is just no good at the whole... "villain" part. Her plans are typically either microscopically small-time or so far over her head that she often has difficulty prying herself out of the jams she's gotten into. Despite this, she retains a facade of confidence even when everything's going wrong around her.
