Eros, as Mockingbird calls him, is a predator of a man who appears to suffer from a huge blackout -- he believes he hasn't gained any new memories since 1985, which isn't entirely true, but his anatomy and so-called "cell memory" seems to be focused on renewing cellular structure to the bare minimum of masquerading as a human being and devouring them. Imprisoned in a body that's barely his, Eros would seek solace in Mockingbird, a man he knew had the ability to help him, and he got far more than what he bargained for.

An obligate carnivore, he can't eat anything other than raw meat without becoming violently ill. He'll appear social when looking for someone to prey on, but he's actually very reclusive and misanthropic. He'll only act personable when there's something to gain from it. He doesn't seem to suffer from guilt, but who knows what's going on underneath that obtuse mask of his.
