Growing up in Philadelphia, Peter was kept a wide berth even by his friends. He felt alone in the world as his mother and father were the only people who were close to him

It wasn't until one fateful night at the age of 18 that he discovered who he really was. Attacked by a monster called a Fomor, he underwent his first change as a Garou, a member of a race of werewolves.

Soon after he left for Chicago where he works a job at a computer repair co-op, while helping the Garou Nation in its fight against the Wyrm and its minions.
