Maddie was adopted by a wealthy man that sees her as his own daughter and vise versa, Since he bought the sanctuary where Natia, Naithen, And Jared live she works their for mike and has since she was 13. Sure, she isn't the hardest of worker and normally slacks off but she is good at making sure they all have fun!
