Before you stands a 6'2" blue river otter. His demeanor seems easy-going and friendly, and as you look over him, you see a solid figure. The mustelid is quite well-built, with defined pectorials resting atop a barrel-chest. Wide shoulders frame is stance, and a streak of soft and downy, creamy-white fur offsets his more coarse, ultramarine blue fur. That streak stretches down from his face and chin, down his neck, chest, tummy, and inner thighs.

Usually only wearing a pear of loose cargo shorts, the otter at times can be caught with an oversized t-shirt as well, or sometimes, completely bare if in his natural, waterfront habitat or his den. When not dressed by his shorts, firm and muscular thighs show off his love for water and swimming, and the rest of his legs are covered in the same hue of blue fur that his back and shoulders bare.
