Personality: Hot headed and arrogant.
Doesn't really care about what people think.
He's very devoted to his one given mission, and won't let things get in his way.
Overall that makes him very aggressive and unsympathetic.
Incredibly easily annoyed.
Devious and loves to fight.

Physical description: Carver hes 2 horns one after another on his forehead, and 2 longer horns facing backwards from the sides of his head. He also has a kind of a hard bone-like horn forming on his jaw. He has several overlapping large spikes on his front leg shoulders, and a large single tail blade.
He has a collar like metalic structure permanently attached to his neck, aswell as his shoulders, those being parts that regulate the steam flow. The tubes are very strong and hard to penetrate. They direct the steam to several regions, same as the tubes inside of him.
The lights are more or less indicators of how much steam fuel he has left. Teal means full or enough, red means empty. The lights also turns red when he uses his laser. It doesn't mean his fuel is over, but indicates that a lot of it is in constant use at that moment. He has small vents on the metals, both on his neck and shoulders. These vents release unnecessary steam if his fuel is full, or if he overheats.

Back story: #Z03 or better known as Carver, was a collaborative experiment between the mutation scientific facility, and the robotics facility.
He was the third try of their project, and one of the most successful ones aswell. He was a drake, which had put under waves of radiation with addition of strong keratin and calcium portions. This resulted in many grown horns and spikes, and a large tail blade. Aswell as some peculiar new markings.
Afterwards, the robotic facility implemented steam power supplies to his organs and added laser support.
He was made so he would rely on his own organs for survival, but he has to drink abnormally more water, which is then redirected to the steam system, heating the water and evaporating it as steam, which gives extra amounts of energy and power.
The lights will remain bright teal when the steam power is full, but the lights will go red when it lacks the extra fuel, and that will mean that Carver would be on his own strength then.
The whole evaporating process happens fast, so it's easy to refill his extra fuel

Ongoing story: He got sent out on a task to eliminate "The scientist" and #A023. He travels around seeking him, and sometimes even coming in contact with him, but most often "the scientist" proves more agile and escapes his wrath. So he keeps on doing his job.

Laser: The robotic system built in his body has made for him to be possible to create strong, high heat beams. The effect on its impact will vary on how it was created.
Carver can shoot the laser as an instant consecutive beam, which would only impact the surface with pressure and enormous heat.
Or he can charge the shot and release it as a strong, not long lasting beam. Upon collision with a surface, it would cause an explosion at the spot, depending on how strong and long the laser was charged.
In the first case, it is easier to aim and surprise the opponent, but not as strong harm would be done, while in the other case, if the target is hit, it may cause enormous injuries and death, but it's much harder to aim, and can be suspected, as the opponent can see him charge it.
